Some coloring pages are just okay, and some make you want to clear your entire afternoon and cancel your plans. These are the second kind. I have been collecting and testing Disney-inspired coloring pages for a while now, and I am genuinely picky about which ones make the cut.Bad linework, boring compositions, and designs that look great online but fall apart the second you start coloring them? Hard pass.
The twenty pages in this collection are the ones that passed every single one of my tests. We are talking polished artwork, satisfying detail levels, and that special quality that makes you actually excited to sit down and start coloring rather than just saving the file and forgetting about it forever. There is a little something for everyone here too.
Big dramatic castle scenes for when you want a proper coloring project, elegant princess portraits for a more focused and relaxing session, and iconic Disney objects that are just pure nostalgic joy to fill in. I would genuinely save every single one of these, and I think you will feel the same way once you scroll through. So go ahead and print your favorites, lay out your best pencils or markers, and get ready for a seriously good time.
A Royal Crown Resting on a Velvet Pillow

This coloring page features a beautifully detailed tiara-style crown sitting atop a plump, decorative cushion complete with braided rope trim and tassels at each corner. The crown itself is packed with intricate scrollwork, swirling vines, and ornate filigree patterns that weave across the band. A large faceted gemstone sits front and center, surrounded by smaller diamond shapes and delicate dot details. The linework is clean and confident throughout, with thicker outlines defining the main shapes and finer lines handling all the gorgeous decorative flourishes inside. A sparkling starburst effect at the very top of the crown’s tallest point adds a magical, fairytale finish to the whole design.
I am completely obsessed with this one because it gives you so many different textures to play with all in one page. The fluffy pillow is just begging for soft, dreamy shading while the crown details are perfect for going bold and metallic with golds, silvers, or even jewel tones. It scratches that satisfying itch of wanting to color something that feels luxurious and a little bit extra without being overwhelming. Honestly it feels like coloring a little piece of Disney royalty, and I am absolutely here for it.
A Glamorous Princess Portrait with Flowing Hair

This stunning coloring page shows a close-up portrait of a beautiful princess with long flowing locks swept up into an elegant half-updo. Her expression is warm and confident, with nicely detailed eyes, soft facial features, and pretty teardrop earrings adding a touch of jewelry charm. The off-shoulder gown is where things get really gorgeous, with swirling scroll patterns and wave motifs decorating the bodice and sleeves in a way that feels both regal and romantic. The linework is smooth and polished throughout, with bold outer lines defining the figure and softer, finer lines capturing the movement of her hair and the flowing details on her dress. The overall layout is portrait-style and well-balanced, giving you plenty of space to get creative with skin tones, hair colors, and gown shading.
I personally love a good princess portrait page because the combination of a face to color plus an ornate outfit in one design just feels so rewarding to finish. The hair alone is such a relaxing section to work through, especially if you like blending warm golden tones or going bold with something unexpected like deep auburn or icy platinum. The swirly dress details are super satisfying to fill in with metallic pens or jewel-toned markers, and the whole thing comes together looking like something straight out of a fairy tale. It is one of those pages you finish and genuinely want to frame.
A Towering Fairytale Castle with Spires and Flags

This coloring page is an absolute dream for anyone who loves architectural detail packed into one gorgeous design. The castle rises dramatically from a wide fortified base with chunky brick-patterned towers on each side, leading the eye upward through layer after layer of turrets, arched windows, scalloped roof tiles, and pointed spires topped with little waving flags. A grand arched entrance sits front and center at the bottom, flanked by tall gothic-style windows and decorative scrollwork bands wrapping around the middle sections. The linework is clean and confident with strong outer edges and beautifully consistent finer lines handling all the brickwork, roof scales, and window details. The whole composition fills the page vertically in the most satisfying way, giving you a real sense of height and grandeur as you work your way up from the base to the very tip of the tallest spire.
This one is my kind of coloring project because it rewards patience in the best possible way. I love starting with the brickwork at the bottom using earthy stone tones, then gradually shifting into dreamy blues and purples as I move up toward the towers and sky-high spires. The scalloped roof sections are so meditative to color section by section, and the little flags and arched windows feel like tiny bonus details that keep things interesting throughout. It genuinely feels like building your own magical kingdom one pencil stroke at a time.
A Princess and Her Prince Sharing a Ballroom Dance

This romantic coloring page captures a beautiful dancing couple mid-twirl, full of movement and old-school Disney magic. The prince is dressed in a sharp formal suit with a bow tie and tailcoat that sweeps behind him as he moves, rendered in bold solid blacks and strong clean lines that give him a really polished, classic look. His princess partner has long flowing hair and a gorgeous ballgown that fans out dramatically at the bottom, with the fabric folds captured in lovely soft curved lines that make the whole skirt look like it is genuinely swirling through the air. The two figures are gazing at each other with the most adorable expressions, and the overall composition is dynamic and full of life, set against a clean white background that keeps all the focus on the couple. The linework alternates between thick confident outlines and softer interior lines, giving the whole page a professional, almost vintage animation cel quality.
I find this page so enjoyable to color because the contrast between the two figures is built right into the design. The prince’s dark formal outfit practically colors itself with rich blacks and deep navy, while the princess’s gown is this gorgeous open canvas just waiting for soft blush pinks, icy blues, or even a dreamy lavender. The flowing skirt with all its movement lines is genuinely therapeutic to shade, and getting that billowy fabric effect with a bit of blending feels so satisfying when it comes together. It is pure romance on a page and I am not even a little bit sorry about how much I love it.
A Sweet Forest Deer Surrounded by Wildflowers and Foliage

This coloring page features an absolutely adorable cartoon deer standing gracefully in the center of a lush, nature-filled scene that wraps all the way around it. The deer has the most expressive big eyes, delicate antlers, and a slender elegant body drawn with smooth confident lines and just enough fine detail in the fur texture to make it feel alive without being overwhelming. Surrounding the deer on all sides is a gorgeous botanical garden of wildflowers, ferns, large leafy stems, and whimsical spiral curls that fill every corner of the page beautifully. The flowers range from simple open blooms with dotted centers to more layered petal designs, giving the background a lovely variety of shapes and sizes to work through. The linework is clean and well-balanced, with bolder lines on the deer keeping it as the clear focal point while the surrounding botanicals use finer, lighter strokes that feel softer and more decorative.
This is honestly one of my favorite kinds of coloring pages because it gives you the best of both worlds. You get a super cute central character to lavish attention on using warm earthy tones, and then you have this entire lush botanical border surrounding it that you can go wild with in greens, pinks, yellows, and purples. The spiral curl details scattered through the foliage are so fun and satisfying to fill in, and the variety of flower shapes means no two sections feel repetitive. It is the kind of page that keeps you happily busy for a good hour without ever feeling like hard work.
A Mermaid Princess with an Intricately Patterned Tail

This coloring page is giving full-on underwater royalty vibes and I am completely here for it. The mermaid is posed in a graceful floating position that takes up most of the page, with incredibly long wavy hair flowing out behind her and a decorative crown sitting prettily on top of her head. Her upper body is relatively simple and clean, which makes the tail the true showstopper of the whole design. The tail is covered in the most stunning combination of scale patterns, layered feather-like shapes, swirling wave motifs, and flowing organic curves that transition beautifully from the hip all the way down to the dramatic split fin at the bottom. The linework is bold and well-defined on the outer edges of the figure, while the interior tail patterns use finer, more intricate lines that almost feel like a mandala in places. The overall composition is dynamic and flowing, filling the page with a wonderful sense of movement and energy.
I have to be honest, the tail on this page is one of the most satisfying things I have ever colored. You can go full fantasy with deep teals, aquas, and iridescent purples blending together across all those gorgeous scale sections, and the wave patterns in the fin are so meditative to work through slowly. The contrast between the simpler upper body and the wildly detailed tail means you get a nice relaxing warm-up before hitting the really juicy detailed sections. It is one of those pages where you look up and realize an hour has passed and you are not even close to done, and somehow that feels like a total treat.
A Cheeky Little Disney Animal Sidekick Sitting Pretty

This coloring page features the most irresistibly cute cartoon animal character sitting upright in a relaxed and confident pose that takes up the center of the page nicely. The character looks like a young wolf or fox pup with oversized ears, big expressive eyes, a fluffy ruff of fur around the neck, and a cheeky little smirk that gives it loads of personality. It is dressed in a simple short-sleeved top and has a fluffy curved tail peeking out from behind, adding an extra bit of cuteness to the overall silhouette. The linework throughout is smooth and clean with bold outlines defining the main shapes and softer, shorter fur texture lines used around the ears, chest, and tail to suggest fluffiness without overcomplicating things. The clean white background keeps all the attention on the character, and the simple open areas make this a really approachable page that does not feel overwhelming at all.
Pages like this one are my go-to when I want something quick, fun, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The large open areas on the body and background mean you can get through this one relatively fast while still making it look really polished, which is so satisfying. I love playing around with warm sandy tones or going a little unexpected with a grey and white palette for the fur, and the fluffy chest and tail sections are just begging for some soft blending action. It has that classic Disney sidekick energy that makes you smile the whole time you are coloring it.
A Bookish Princess Lost in Her Own Story

This coloring page is such a lovely and relatable scene, showing a graceful princess standing and reading an open book with the most contented little smile on her face. She is wearing a stunning full-length ballgown that takes up the bottom half of the page in the most dramatic and satisfying way, with long smooth fabric lines flowing outward and a beautifully decorative hem featuring delicate scrollwork and splash-like flourishes running all the way around the skirt’s edge. A small tiara sits in her loosely pinned hair, which cascades down one shoulder in soft flowing waves. The book she is holding has a pretty decorative cover with just enough detail to make it feel special. The linework is clean and elegant throughout, with bold outer lines on the figure and gown and softer, more delicate lines handling the hem embellishments and hair texture. The wide open expanse of the skirt is the real star of the layout, giving you a gloriously large canvas to work with.
This page speaks to my soul on a personal level because honestly what is more relatable than a princess who would rather be reading than anything else. The massive skirt is an absolute dream to color because you can go soft and dreamy with gradients, or pick a bold statement color and let it shine across all that gorgeous open space. The scrollwork along the hem is the perfect detail to pick out in a contrasting metallic or complementary shade, and the little book cover is a fun tiny project within the bigger page. It is cozy, elegant, and just really good fun from start to finish.
A Charming Storybook Cottage Nestled Among the Trees

This coloring page is the coziest little scene imaginable, featuring a wonky, characterful fairytale cottage that looks like it was plucked straight out of an enchanted forest. The house has a dramatically steep and angular thatched-style roof covered in neat rows of overlapping shingles, with multiple gabled sections jutting out at different heights and a chunky chimney rising up from the center. Circular porthole windows sit alongside rectangular multi-paned ones, and a sweet arched front door with a lantern beside it gives the whole facade so much warmth and personality. Exposed timber beams frame the structure in a classic storybook style, and lush rounded trees, low bushes, and ground shrubs frame the cottage on all sides to create a lovely sense of it being tucked away in its own little world. The linework is detailed and consistent, with confident bold outlines on the main structure and finer lines handling the shingle texture, curtain folds, and foliage throughout.
Cottage coloring pages are genuinely one of my all-time favorite genres and this one is particularly good because every single section offers something different to work on. The roof shingles alone are so meditative to fill in row by row, and choosing a color palette for the whole scene is honestly half the fun. I love going full storybook with warm terracotta roof tiles, creamy walls, and lush emerald greens for all the surrounding trees and bushes. It is the kind of page that makes you feel like you are decorating your own dream cottage, and that is a very good feeling indeed.
A Tall Ship Sailing Past a Tropical Island

This coloring page has serious adventure energy, featuring a magnificent tall sailing ship as the dramatic centerpiece of a wide open seascape scene. The ship is rendered with impressive detail, showing multiple billowing sails stacked high on the masts, a sturdy wooden hull riding through choppy waves, and rigging lines crisscrossing between the masts in that wonderfully intricate way that makes old sailing vessels look so majestic. The background is packed with atmosphere, with fluffy rounded clouds filling the upper portion of the page, a cluster of swaying palm trees on a rocky island to the left, rolling ocean waves in the foreground, and a charming little lighthouse perched on a distant hillside to the right. The linework is confident and well-varied, with bolder strokes on the ship’s hull and main structural elements while softer, lighter lines handle the sails, clouds, and gentle wave curves in the foreground.
This page is such a fun one to color because it genuinely feels like setting a scene rather than just filling in shapes. I love building the whole mood by starting with a warm golden or peachy sky and then working the ocean in layers of deep blue and teal, letting the waves get progressively lighter toward the foam. The sails are this gorgeous open space where you can go classic white and cream or get creative with aged parchment tones, and the little lighthouse in the distance is such a sweet finishing detail. It has that Peter Pan-esque Disney adventure spirit that makes the whole thing feel like storytelling through color.
A Dreamy Princess Profile with Cascading Hair

This coloring page is pure elegance in its simplicity, featuring a beautiful side profile portrait of a princess with the most gorgeous flowing hair that genuinely steals the whole show. The composition is cropped beautifully from the shoulders up, keeping the focus entirely on her delicate facial features, a dainty little tiara perched at the top of her head, and a pretty pendant necklace just visible at her neckline. Her long hair is the real statement of the design, sweeping back and then cascading dramatically downward before curling into a soft swirl at the very bottom of the page. The hair strands are captured in smooth, sweeping lines that create a wonderful sense of flow and movement across the whole page. The linework is bold and clean throughout, with strong confident outlines on the face and figure while the interior hair lines are softer and more graceful, giving the whole piece a polished and almost graphic art quality.
I absolutely love a good profile portrait page and this one is particularly satisfying because of how much of the page that incredible hair takes up. You can have so much fun deciding on a color direction for it, going classic warm auburn or golden blonde, or throwing caution to the wind and trying something fantasy-inspired like rose gold or soft lavender. The clean open face is a lovely focused section to work on carefully, and the flowing hair lines are genuinely therapeutic to follow with a pencil or marker in long smooth strokes. It is one of those pages that looks impressively polished when finished but is actually really enjoyable and stress-free to work through.
A Princess Sitting in the Grass with Her Beloved Fox

This coloring page is so wholesome it genuinely makes your heart happy just looking at it. It shows a princess seated gracefully on a patch of grass, her flowing gown pooling softly around her as she cradles a contented little fox in her lap. The fox has its eyes closed and tongue out in the most blissful expression, clearly absolutely living its best life, and the princess is gazing down at it with the sweetest gentle smile. Her tiara and off-shoulder gown give her that classic Disney princess look while keeping the overall design feeling relaxed and natural rather than overly formal. Short grass texture lines at the base of the scene add a nice grounding element to the composition. The linework is smooth and clean with bold confident outlines on both figures and softer lines used for the fabric folds of the gown, the fur texture on the fox, and the gentle grass details beneath them.
This page hits differently because it is not a grand dramatic scene, it is just a quiet, tender little moment and those are honestly my favorite kinds to color. The fox is such a fun focal point because you get to work with all those gorgeous warm rusty oranges, creams, and browns across its fur, and the fluffy tail is so satisfying to blend softly. Pairing that against a dreamy pastel gown on the princess creates a really beautiful natural color harmony that almost chooses itself. It is a peaceful, feel-good page from start to finish and exactly the kind of thing I reach for when I want coloring to feel genuinely relaxing.
An Ornate Princess Heel with Floral Details and a Bow

This coloring page is a shoe lover’s dream, featuring a gorgeous close-up of a classic princess-style court heel that fills the page beautifully from side on. The shoe has a elegant curved silhouette with a medium block heel, and the entire outer surface is decorated with the most charming combination of small daisy flowers, swirling scroll motifs, and delicate trailing vine details that wrap across the toe and up toward the heel. A big pretty bow sits right at the front of the shoe as the decorative centerpiece, adding a wonderfully feminine and playful touch to the whole design. The linework is bold and clean on the main shoe shape and heel, while the interior floral and scroll decorations use finer, more delicate lines that feel almost like embroidery patterns. The clean white background keeps the whole composition feeling light and focused, letting the shoe’s elegant shape and surface details do all the talking.
Honestly this page made me unreasonably excited because I am a sucker for anything fashion-related with a fairytale twist. The big open surface of the shoe is such a fun canvas to experiment with, and the decision of what color to make it is genuinely the most enjoyable part. Classic icy blue for a Cinderella glass slipper vibe, soft blush pink for something sweet and romantic, or even a deep midnight blue for a more dramatic take. The little daisies scattered across the surface are so quick and satisfying to pick out in a contrasting color, and the bow just ties the whole thing together in the most delightful way.
A Princess on a Castle Balcony Overlooking Her Kingdom

This coloring page is giving full fairytale fantasy vibes with its gorgeous combination of a beautifully dressed princess in the foreground and a sweeping landscape scene stretching out behind her. The princess stands confidently at a stone balustrade balcony, her long flowing hair cascading down one side and her elegant off-shoulder gown featuring a striking decorative hem filled with flame-like motifs and diamond shapes that give the skirt a really regal and distinctive look. A delicate pendant necklace and long gloves add refined finishing touches to her look. Behind her the background opens up into a full storybook scene with rounded treetops, rolling hills, soft clouds, and a magnificent castle with multiple spires visible in the distance to the left. The linework is noticeably bolder and more detailed on the princess herself, while the background uses lighter, softer lines that create a lovely natural sense of depth and distance across the whole composition.
What I love most about this page is that it genuinely feels like coloring two completely different scenes within one design. The princess and her gown are your main event, and that decorated hem with all its geometric and swirling details is so satisfying to fill in with rich jewel tones or metallic shades. Then you get to switch gears entirely and build out the background landscape in soft atmospheric greens, misty blues, and warm golden tones that make the castle in the distance look like it is glowing. It is a really complete and immersive coloring experience that feels like stepping right into a Disney story.
An Enchanted Rose Preserved Inside a Glass Dome

This coloring page is instantly recognizable as one of the most iconic symbols in Disney fairytale history, and the design does it complete justice. A single long-stemmed rose with beautifully layered petals and serrated leaves sits at the center of an elegant bell jar dome, rendered with just the right amount of floral detail to feel lush without being overly complicated. The dome itself has a lovely ornate base decorated with small scroll motifs and a delicate ring handle at the very top, giving the whole object a precious, antique quality. Tiny four-pointed star sparkles are scattered inside the dome around the rose, adding a magical enchanted glow effect that makes the whole scene feel alive with quiet mystery. The linework is clean and well-balanced throughout, with bold outlines defining the dome’s shape and the rose’s main structure, while finer lines handle the petal layering, leaf veining, and the subtle reflections on the glass.
This is one of those pages I could color over and over again with completely different results every single time. The rose is the obvious star and choosing its color is genuinely exciting because going classic deep red feels timeless and romantic, but a soft coral, blush pink, or even a moody purple rose feels equally stunning inside that glass dome. I love adding a very subtle cool tint to the dome itself to suggest the glass, and leaving the sparkles white or picking them out in gold makes the whole thing shimmer beautifully. It is small, focused, and completely magical to color.
A Princess Getting Ready at Her Ornate Vanity Mirror

This coloring page captures such a lovely intimate moment, showing a princess seated sideways at a beautiful wooden vanity dresser, gazing at her reflection with a soft and contented smile. Her long flowing hair cascades down her back and she wears a pretty tiara and an elegant off-shoulder gown that pools gracefully around her as she sits. The real standout element of this design is the absolutely stunning oval mirror frame, which is completely covered in the most gorgeous layered scroll and curl details that build up into an ornate decorative crest at the very top. It is the kind of mirror that looks like it belongs in an enchanted palace and it takes up a generous portion of the left side of the page beautifully. The vanity dresser itself has simple drawer details and a small decorative pull, keeping that section clean and uncomplicated. The linework is bold and polished throughout, with the mirror frame’s scrollwork being the most intricate section and everything else using clean smooth lines that are really satisfying to work with.
This page is genuinely one of my favorites in the whole collection because that mirror frame is an absolute gift to color. All those swirling scroll details are perfect for going full gold and antique glamour, and I love building up warm champagne and honey tones across the whole frame to make it look truly magical. The contrast between the ornate mirror and the clean simple areas of the princess’s gown and the dresser keeps the page feeling balanced rather than overwhelming. It is elegant, fun, and just a little bit extra in the best possible way.
A Princess Dancing by Lantern Light Under the Stars

This coloring page has the most magical nighttime energy, featuring a full-length princess in motion as she holds up a glowing lantern in one hand and lifts the edge of her billowing gown with the other. Her expression is bright and joyful, her hair pinned up elegantly with loose waves framing her face, and her layered ballgown fans out dramatically across the lower half of the page in big sweeping curves that capture that beautiful mid-twirl movement so perfectly. The background is kept clean and white but peppered with decorative elements including sharp starburst shapes of different sizes, soft spiral curls, and concentric glow rings radiating out from the lantern to suggest its warm light spilling into the darkness. The lantern itself is a lovely little detailed focal point with a classic cage-style frame and a small visible flame inside. The linework is smooth and confident with bold outlines on the princess and gown and lighter, more whimsical strokes used for the background star and swirl details.
This page feels genuinely special to color because of the storytelling built right into the design. I love the challenge of suggesting the lantern’s warm glow by shading the areas closest to it in soft ambers and yellows and then letting the rest of the gown fade into cooler tones as it moves further away from the light source. The starburst details scattered around the background are so quick and fun to pick out in gold or silver, and the spirals add a dreamy magical touch that ties everything together beautifully. It is the kind of page that genuinely feels like coloring a scene from your favorite fairy tale.
A Princess Relaxing in Her Ornate Palace Chamber

This coloring page gives a gorgeous peek inside a royal palace interior, with a cheerful princess seated comfortably on a cushioned window bench surrounded by plump pillows and a bolster cushion on each side. She is wearing an elegant off-shoulder gown with her hair styled in soft waves topped with a delicate tiara, and her expression is warm and happy as if she is enjoying a quiet moment just for herself. The room around her is beautifully detailed with a sweeping curtain tied back on the left side and a stunning decorative archway framing the background, covered in intricate scrolling vine and leaf motifs that climb all the way up and over the top of the arch. The bench itself features carved scroll details along its base, and the overall scene is rich with architectural interest from every angle. The linework is clean and varied, with bold outlines on the princess and furniture and finer, more decorative lines handling the archway ornamentation and fabric folds throughout.
This page is such a treat to color because it genuinely feels like designing an entire royal interior from scratch. I love working out a whole color palette for the room first, picking out rich jewel tones for the cushions and drapes and then deciding how to handle that incredible archway. Going gold on all those scroll details against a deep teal or terracotta wall behind it looks absolutely stunning and very Pinterest-worthy once finished. The princess’s gown in the middle ties the whole palette together, and the result always looks like something you would genuinely want to frame and hang up. Total interior design fantasy but with colored pencils.
A Magical Floating Castle on a Sky Island Above the Clouds

This coloring page takes the fairytale castle concept and cranks it up to full fantasy mode with a truly imaginative design that I have not seen done quite like this before. The castle sits perched on top of a floating rocky island suspended high in the sky, with billowy rounded clouds wrapping around it both above and below to create that dreamy weightless feeling. The castle itself features multiple towers of varying heights, pointed spires, arched windows, battlements, and a grand central entrance, all drawn with clean consistent linework that feels storybook-perfect without being overly complicated. Below the island the rocky underside tapers to a dramatic point with small crystal or gemstone shapes falling away from it, which is such a beautiful and unexpected detail. Decorative swirling cloud shapes with scroll-style curls frame the bottom section of the floating island on both sides, and softer rounded clouds fill the upper background with gentle organic shapes that balance the more angular castle architecture beautifully.
What makes this page so exciting to color is that floating island concept because it opens up so many creative possibilities for the sky around it. I love going full sunset gradient in the background, blending soft peach into lavender into deep blue, which makes the whole floating castle look like it is drifting through the most magical golden hour sky imaginable. The crystals falling from the underside of the island are such a fun little detail to pick out in icy blues or purples, and the swirling clouds below feel so satisfying to shade softly. It is genuinely one of the most imaginative pages in this whole collection and it shows in how enjoyable it is to bring to life.
A Princess Admiring an Ornate Palace Fountain

This coloring page wraps up the collection in seriously grand style, featuring a delighted princess standing beside the most spectacular multi-tiered decorative fountain that dominates the right side of the page. The fountain is genuinely impressive in its detail, built across three rising tiers with ornate ironwork panels featuring petal and scroll motifs on the large base tier, cascading water streams falling between each level, and a dramatic spray of water jets shooting from the very top. The circular base of the fountain is bordered with a beautifully decorative band of scroll and teardrop patterns that run all the way around the edge. The princess herself stands to the left in a classic elegant gown with her hair pinned up neatly, one hand raised as if gesturing toward the fountain in delighted admiration. The linework throughout is clean and confident, with bold outlines on both figures and the fountain structure, and finer lines handling the flowing water details and decorative ironwork panels.
This is such a satisfying page to finish out a collection with because the fountain is genuinely one of the most interesting and unusual subjects to color in the whole set. I love working out how to suggest moving water by using very light blues and aquas with white highlights left in the right places, and the contrast between the soft flowing water and the more solid decorative ironwork panels is so visually interesting to develop. The ornate scroll border around the fountain base is a little meditating session all on its own, and the whole finished piece looks incredibly lush and palatial. A truly worthy finale to save and print.
